When we are at Alert Level 2, the Care Centre is open as usual for face to face services, while following the Govts public health guidelines of basic hygiene measures such as mask wearing and social-distancing. Remember to stay home if you are unwell. We are able to offer phone and video conferencing for counselling and budgeting advice.
At Alert Level 3 and 4, though the building is closed, emails and phone messages are checked daily. If you need assistance, please leave a message or email and we will get back to you. Phone and video conferencing is available for counselling and budgeting under Level 3 & 4.
